Strawberry Coconut Water Lemonade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 480 ml coconut water
02 - 450 g strawberries, hulled and sliced in half
03 - 180 ml lemon juice (freshly squeezed, about 4 medium lemons)
04 - 100 g white sugar
05 - 120 ml tap water

→ Optional

06 - Add a splash of sparkling water before serving, if you want

# Instructions:

01 - Pop the mix in your fridge until it's nice and cold. Pour into cups with plenty of ice and, if you’re feeling fancy, finish things off with bubbly water just as you serve.
02 - Dump your berry-lemon blend into a big pitcher and add coconut water. Pour in the cold syrup—you might start with 60 ml and try it, then add extra if you like it sweeter.
03 - Grab a blender. Toss in lemon juice and strawberries, then blitz until everything’s super smooth.
04 - Shake together sugar and water in a heat-safe jar. Microwave for 90 seconds. Stir well until you don’t see any gritty sugar left. Stick it in the fridge and let it get totally cool.

# Notes:

01 - If you want to get more juice, zap your lemons in the microwave for about 30 seconds, then roll them hard on the counter.
02 - Try a shot of vodka or a pour of bubbly for grown-ups. Or freeze any extra mix in popsicle molds.
