Pop the mix in your fridge until it's nice and cold. Pour into cups with plenty of ice and, if you’re feeling fancy, finish things off with bubbly water just as you serve.

Dump your berry-lemon blend into a big pitcher and add coconut water. Pour in the cold syrup—you might start with 60 ml and try it, then add extra if you like it sweeter.

Grab a blender. Toss in lemon juice and strawberries, then blitz until everything’s super smooth.

Shake together sugar and water in a heat-safe jar. Microwave for 90 seconds. Stir well until you don’t see any gritty sugar left. Stick it in the fridge and let it get totally cool.
