# Ingredients:

120 ml coconut or almond milk

120 ml pineapple juice

1 cup (about 150 g) frozen pink dragon fruit

Throw the frozen dragon fruit, pineapple juice, and your pick of almond or coconut milk into a blender.

Let the blender do its job ‘til the mixture's totally smooth. Get it into a glass and drink it right away.

If you want your drink creamier, go with coconut milk. Want it extra cold? Stick your pineapple juice in the fridge beforehand.
