Mississippi Sin Quiche (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup diced ham
02 - 2 ounces cream cheese
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1 chopped green onion
05 - 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
06 - 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - 3 tablespoons sour cream
08 - 1 cup heavy cream
09 - 3 eggs
10 - 1 9-inch deep dish pie crust

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
02 - In a skillet, cook the diced ham for 3 to 5 minutes to remove any excess moisture. Set aside.
03 - Mix the ham with the cream cheese, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
04 - Spread the ham mixture evenly across the bottom of the pie crust. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onion on top.
05 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs with sour cream and heavy cream until smooth. Pour this mixture over the ham and cheese.
06 - Bake for about 60 minutes or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
