Virgin Lavender Mojito Mocktail (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Lavender Syrup (Homemade Option)

01 - 120 ml water
02 - 100 g granulated sugar
03 - 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender

→ Lavender Syrup (Quick Option)

04 - 120 ml Torani Lavender Syrup or other store-bought lavender syrup

→ Mocktail Base

05 - 120 ml freshly squeezed lime juice (from approximately 4–5 limes)
06 - 120 ml lavender syrup (homemade or store-bought)
07 - 720 ml sparkling water or club soda
08 - 1 cup fresh mint leaves
09 - Ice cubes, as needed

→ Optional Garnishes

10 - Fresh mint sprigs
11 - Lime slices or wedges
12 - Edible flowers (such as lavender blooms)

# Instructions:

01 - In a small saucepan, combine water, granulated sugar, and dried lavender. Heat gently over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely. Allow the mixture to simmer briefly, then remove from heat and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a jar, discarding solids. Cool syrup thoroughly before use.
02 - In a large pitcher, gently muddle fresh mint leaves to release their aroma. Add lime juice and lavender syrup. Fill the pitcher with ice cubes, then pour in sparkling water or club soda. Stir delicately to retain carbonation.
03 - Pour the mocktail into glasses filled with ice. Finish with a mint sprig, a slice of lime, and edible flowers for presentation.

# Notes:

01 - For convenience, opt for a quality store-bought lavender syrup to save preparation time without compromising flavor.
