Watermelon Strawberry Vegan Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Smoothie Base

01 - 375 ml fresh watermelon, cubed
02 - 300 g frozen strawberries
03 - 2 medium frozen bananas
04 - Juice and zest of 0.5 lime
05 - 30 g vegan yogurt
06 - 15 ml maple syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Gather and measure all ingredients. Cut watermelon into cubes and zest then juice half a lime.
02 - Transfer cubed watermelon to a high-speed blender as the first layer, followed by frozen strawberries, frozen bananas, lime juice and zest, vegan yogurt, and maple syrup.
03 - Secure the blender lid. Blend on high speed, using a tamper to guide the fruit towards the blades until completely smooth and creamy.
04 - Pour smoothie into chilled glasses or a hollowed watermelon rind for presentation. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For a thinner consistency, incorporate up to 60 ml water incrementally to reach desired texture.
02 - A mini watermelon may be used as a serving bowl by halving, hollowing, and leveling the rind base.
03 - For a banana-free option, substitute with equivalent frozen zucchini, peeled and diced.
