Fresh Mango Avocado Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad

01 - 2 ripe mangoes, diced
02 - 2 ripe avocados, diced
03 - 1 red onion, thinly sliced
04 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
05 - ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
06 - 1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced (optional)
07 - ¼ cup crumbled feta or cotija cheese (optional)

→ Lime Dressing

08 - 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
09 - 1 tablespoon lime zest
10 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
11 - 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
12 - 1 garlic clove, minced
13 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Dice mangoes and avocados, slice onion and jalapeño, halve tomatoes, and chop cilantro.
02 - Whisk together lime juice, zest, oil, garlic, honey if using, salt and pepper until emulsified.
03 - Gently toss all salad ingredients with dressing, being careful not to mash avocados.
04 - Top with cheese if using, garnish with extra lime zest or jalapeño if desired.
