Bacon and Cheese Waffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound refrigerated shredded hash browns
02 - 1 cup bacon bits
03 - 1 cup shredded cheese
04 - 4 eggs, beaten
05 - Salt
06 - Pepper
07 - Non-stick cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, stir together shredded hash browns, bacon bits, shredded cheese, and beaten eggs until combined.
02 - Sprinkle the mixture with a few dashes of salt and pepper.
03 - Set your waffle iron to medium-high heat and allow it to preheat.
04 - Spray the waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray.
05 - Add about 1 cup of the potato mixture to the waffle iron and spread it evenly over the surface.
06 - Close the lid and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove from the waffle iron.
07 - Repeat the process until all of the potato mixture is used up.

# Notes:

01 - For a crispier texture, press the lid of the waffle iron down gently while cooking.
