01 -
Heat the peanut butter, sweetener, coconut oil (if using), and a bit of salt in a pot over low. Stir until it turns velvety smooth.

                02 -
Once off the stove, gently stir in the cereal. Coat everything evenly but try not to crush the flakes too much.

                03 -
Transfer the blend to lined molds or a parchment-lined loaf pan. Press it down firmly so it stays together.

                04 -
Place the molds or tin into the freezer. Let the mixture harden for around 2 hours. If you used a pan, lift out the block with the parchment and slice it into pieces.

                05 -
Melt the dark chocolate along with the coconut oil. Use a microwave with pauses to stir frequently or a bowl sitting over simmering water to melt gradually.

                06 -
Dip each piece into the melted chocolate. Shake off the extra coating and lay them on parchment over a baking sheet.

                07 -
Refrigerate the tray for 30 minutes to an hour, so the chocolate layer sets up hard.

                08 -
Keep these bites in a freezer-safe container. Let them sit out for a bit (about 20 minutes) before enjoying a softer texture.
