Cake Batter Lactation Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup ground flax.
02 - 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon water.
03 - 1 cup oat flour.
04 - 1 cup old-fashioned oats.
05 - 1/4 cup vegan vanilla protein powder.
06 - 1 tablespoon brewer's yeast.
07 - 1/2 cup cashew butter.
08 - 1/4 cup maple syrup.
09 - 1 teaspoon almond extract.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
11 - 1/4 cup sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix ground flax with water and let sit 5 minutes until thickened.
02 - Mix all ingredients including flax mixture in large bowl until well combined.
03 - Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoons of mixture and roll into balls.
04 - Keep in airtight container in refrigerator.
