Cheesy Beef-Stuffed Biscuit Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the filling

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
03 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese, diced
04 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

→ For the dough

05 - 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough (e.g., Pillsbury Grands)

→ For topping

06 - 2 tbsp butter, melted
07 - 1 tbsp parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it into crumbles. Drain excess grease. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
02 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
03 - Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a 4-inch circle. Place a small spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each circle. Add one cube of cheddar cheese and a small piece of diced Parmesan on top of the beef. Fold the edges of the dough up and around the filling, pinching tightly to seal completely. Roll gently between your palms to form a ball shape.
04 - Place the prepared balls seam-side down on the lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed. The biscuit dough should be fully cooked and no longer doughy in the center.
06 - Allow the bombs to cool for 3-5 minutes before serving. This gives the cheese inside time to set slightly while still remaining melty and delicious.

# Notes:

01 - These cheese bombs are best enjoyed warm when the cheese inside is still gooey and melted.
02 - You can prepare the beef filling ahead of time and refrigerate it until you're ready to assemble the bombs.
03 - Be sure to seal the dough completely to prevent the cheese from leaking during baking.
04 - Try different cheese combinations like mozzarella, pepper jack, or blue cheese for variety.
