                Line sheet pan with parchment paper. Mash raspberries in bowl, add chia seeds and let sit 5-10 minutes to thicken.

                Drop tablespoon-sized mounds of raspberry mixture onto prepared sheet. Freeze 1 hour until set.

                Melt chocolate in microwave, stir in coconut oil until smooth.

                Dip frozen raspberry-chia bites in chocolate, place back on sheet. Sprinkle with tiny bit of sea salt.

                Return to freezer for 1 hour or until set. Let soften 1-2 minutes before eating.
