Frozen Chocolate Raspberry Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Raspberry Filling

01 - 1 heaping cup raspberries (6 ounces/170g)
02 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds

→ Chocolate Coating

03 - 5 ounces dark chocolate
04 - 1 teaspoon coconut oil
05 - Pinch sea salt

# Instructions:

01 - Line sheet pan with parchment paper. Mash raspberries in bowl, add chia seeds and let sit 5-10 minutes to thicken.
02 - Drop tablespoon-sized mounds of raspberry mixture onto prepared sheet. Freeze 1 hour until set.
03 - Melt chocolate in microwave, stir in coconut oil until smooth.
04 - Dip frozen raspberry-chia bites in chocolate, place back on sheet. Sprinkle with tiny bit of sea salt.
05 - Return to freezer for 1 hour or until set. Let soften 1-2 minutes before eating.

01 - Store in freezer up to 3 months
02 - Allow to soften 1-2 minutes before eating
03 - Makes 8-10 pieces depending on size
