# Ingredients:

→ Roll-Ups

01 - 10 slices white sandwich bread
02 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted
03 - 3 tablespoons brown sugar
04 - 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

→ French Toast Coating

05 - 3 large eggs
06 - 1 tablespoon milk
07 - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
08 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Cooking

09 - 2-3 tablespoons butter

# Instructions:

01 - Remove crusts from bread slices. Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice.
02 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon.
03 - Spread the mixture evenly on each bread slice, leaving a small border at the edges. Roll up each slice tightly, seal edges with gentle pressure.
04 - In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, and vanilla.
05 - Heat skillet over medium heat, add butter. Dip each roll in the egg mixture, then place seam-side down in the skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes total, rotating to brown all sides.

# Notes:

01 - Notes: Use fresh, soft bread for best rolling. Don't oversoak in the egg mixture. Keep heat at medium to prevent burning. Can be made ahead and reheated. Freezes well for up to 1 month.
