02 - 60 g shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or preferred variety)
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
06 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

07 - Selected spices such as paprika or chili powder, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, thoroughly mix cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully incorporated.
03 - Portion the mixture into tablespoon-sized heaps onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring adequate spacing. Flatten each mound into a thin, even round using the back of a spoon.
04 - Transfer baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 15–20 minutes until the edges are golden brown and crisp.
05 - Remove from oven and allow chips to cool on the sheet for several minutes before serving.
