Cucumber Sandwiches Herbed Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
02 - 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
03 - 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
04 - 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
05 - ΒΌ teaspoon garlic powder
06 - Salt and black pepper to taste
07 - 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
08 - 1 loaf white bread or bread of choice, crusts removed

# Instructions:

01 - Using a hand mixer, blend cream cheese and mayonnaise in a small bowl until smooth. Stir in the herbs, garlic powder, and season with salt and black pepper.
02 - Spread the cream cheese mixture onto one side of each slice of bread. Arrange thinly sliced cucumbers on half of the bread slices and sprinkle with additional herbs if desired.
03 - Place remaining bread slices on top. Remove crusts and cut each sandwich into three pieces.
04 - Serve immediately or cover and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

01 - Leftover sandwiches can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours if covered properly.
