Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar with a hand mixer until blended. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract until incorporated. Add in the peanut butter, and continue to beat until combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the salt and flour. Slowly add to your wet mixture and mix until just combined.

Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove the bars from the oven and let cool completely.

To make the frosting, in a large bowl beat together the softened butter and marshmallow fluff. Add in the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time until blended.

Spread the frosting on the cooled bars, and sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
