01 - 1/2 cup blackberries
02 - 1/2 cup raspberries
03 - 2 tablespoons almond milk
04 - 12 ounces strawberry yogurt

# Instructions:

01 - Using a fork, lightly mash the blackberries and raspberries until they are partially crushed but retain some texture.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed berries, strawberry yogurt, and almond milk. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and evenly blended.
03 - Spoon the berry and yogurt mixture into ice cube trays, filling each compartment approximately three-quarters full. Transfer the trays to the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until completely firm.
04 - Once frozen, carefully release the yogurt bites from the ice cube trays and place them in a freezer-safe bag or airtight container.
