Using a fork, lightly mash the blackberries and raspberries until they are partially crushed but retain some texture.

In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed berries, strawberry yogurt, and almond milk. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and evenly blended.

Spoon the berry and yogurt mixture into ice cube trays, filling each compartment approximately three-quarters full. Transfer the trays to the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until completely firm.

Once frozen, carefully release the yogurt bites from the ice cube trays and place them in a freezer-safe bag or airtight container.
