# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 120 grams blanched almond flour
02 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
03 - 0.5 teaspoon fine salt

→ Cheese Mixture

04 - 170 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
05 - 28 grams cream cheese

→ Additional

06 - 2 eggs, separated
07 - 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning blend

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt until evenly distributed.
03 - Place the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the cheeses are melted and thoroughly combined.
04 - Add one egg to the melted cheese mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
05 - Fold the dry ingredients into the cheese and egg mixture. Mix until a cohesive dough forms.
06 - Divide the dough into four equal portions. Roll each piece into a disk and use your finger to create a hole in the center, forming a classic bagel shape.
07 - Arrange the shaped bagels on the prepared baking sheet. Beat the remaining egg and gently brush the tops of the bagels.
08 - Sprinkle each bagel generously with everything bagel seasoning. Bake for 10 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
09 - Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the tray for at least 5 minutes before serving.
