Healthy Greek Yogurt Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - ¾ cup oat or all-purpose flour
02 - ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
03 - ½ cup monk fruit sweetener
04 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
05 - ¼ teaspoon salt

→ Wet Ingredients

06 - 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
07 - ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
08 - 90g dark chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 8×8 inch glass baking dish with nonstick spray.
02 - Whisk dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix in wet ingredients until just combined. Don't overmix.
03 - Melt chocolate chips and fold into batter. Transfer to baking dish and top with extra chips if desired.
04 - Bake for 30-35 minutes until done.

# Notes:

01 - Add extra almond milk if batter is too thick
02 - Can use coconut oil when melting chocolate if needed
