06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
08 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
09 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, and salt.
02 - Place the pork loin in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
03 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
04 - Remove the pork from the marinade and place it in a roasting pan. Discard the remaining marinade.
05 - Roast the pork in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
