Asian Veggie Stir Fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
02 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced.
04 - 1 pound mixed mushrooms, sliced.
05 - 4 cups bok choy, chopped.
06 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
07 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
08 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil.
09 - 1 teaspoon cornstarch.
10 - 2 tablespoons water.
11 - Salt and pepper to taste.
12 - Green onions for garnish.
13 - Sesame seeds for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat vegetable oil in wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
02 - Stir-fry garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
03 - Add mushrooms and cook until browned, 5-7 minutes.
04 - Add bok choy and cook until wilted, 3-4 minutes.
05 - Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Add cornstarch mixture if using.
06 - Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

01 - Can add other vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas.
02 - Add protein like shrimp, chicken, or tofu if desired.
03 - Serve with rice or noodles.
