Peanut Butter Paw Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup butter, softened.
02 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter.
03 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar.
05 - 2 large eggs.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
07 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
08 - 2 teaspoons baking soda.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
10 - 48 melting chocolate disks.
11 - 144 chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Beat butter, peanut butter, and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla.
03 - Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in separate bowl.
04 - Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix until just combined.
05 - Scoop tablespoons of dough, roll into balls. Optional: roll in sugar.
06 - Bake 7-9 minutes until puffy and set. Add chocolate disks and chips in paw pattern.

01 - Allow chocolate to set before stacking.
02 - Use regular peanut butter, not natural.
03 - Can be frozen up to 3 months.
