Peach Lemonade with Fresh Mint (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Peach Lemonade

01 - 2 litres prepared lemonade, homemade or store-bought
02 - 4 to 5 ripe peaches
03 - 15 ml fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Mix homemade lemonade according to preferred method or use 2 litres of ready-made lemonade. Chill if desired.
02 - Wash and slice the peaches. Remove the pits and reserve one-quarter of the peach slices for garnish.
03 - Place the remaining peach slices in a blender. Add 250 ml of the prepared lemonade and the fresh mint leaves. Blend until completely smooth.
04 - Pass the blended mixture through a fine sieve into a large pitcher for a smoother texture, or leave unstrained for more pulp.
05 - Pour the rest of the lemonade into the pitcher with the peach-mint mixture. Stir well. Add the reserved peach slices and a few lemon slices for presentation.
06 - Serve the beverage over ice, garnished with fresh mint and peach slices.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal presentation, add thin lemon rounds and vibrant mint sprigs just before serving.
02 - To avoid dilution, add ice cubes directly to glasses rather than the pitcher.
