In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter and maple syrup. Next, add in the oats and mix until well combined.

Add the oat mixture to the silicon molds and press down with a spoon until it's even. Use about 2 tbsp of the oat mixture for each base. Add a dollop of peanut butter on top.

Freeze for 20 minutes.

Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave with about 2 tsp of oil. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring well in between each round. Add the melted chocolate to the tops of each oat cup.

Freeze for about 20 more minutes. Remove from liners, sprinkle with flakey sea salt and enjoy!
