No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - ⅔ cup peanut butter
02 - ¾ cup old fashioned (rolled oats)
03 - 2 tbsp maple syrup

→ Topping

04 - 1 cup chocolate of choice, melted
05 - Flakey sea salt (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter and maple syrup. Next, add in the oats and mix until well combined.
02 - Add the oat mixture to the silicon molds and press down with a spoon until it's even. Use about 2 tbsp of the oat mixture for each base. Add a dollop of peanut butter on top.
03 - Freeze for 20 minutes.
04 - Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave with about 2 tsp of oil. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring well in between each round. Add the melted chocolate to the tops of each oat cup.
05 - Freeze for about 20 more minutes. Remove from liners, sprinkle with flakey sea salt and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Mix maple syrup and peanut butter before adding oats
02 - Use silicon liners for best results
03 - Freezing time may be longer with runny peanut butter
04 - Use a cookie scoop for even portions
