Piña Colada Strawberry Punch (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Mix

01 - 1½ cups of either coconut water or coconut milk
02 - Add a splash of vanilla extract if you’d like it richer (optional)

→ Optional Toppings

03 - Thin slices of strawberries
04 - Chopped pineapple pieces

# Instructions:

01 - Throw in the pineapple chunks, crushed ice, strawberries, cream of coconut, coconut water, orange juice concentrate, and pineapple juice. Turn the blender on high and let it run until everything turns into a smooth, velvety mixture.
02 - Take the blended drink and pour it into a big punch bowl or a roomy pitcher. Pop it in the fridge for no less than 30 minutes so the flavors can blend nicely and it gets chilled.
03 - Before serving, give the mix a good stir. Pour into glasses over fresh ice. Toss in a few strawberry slices or pineapple chunks as a garnish to make it pop.

# Notes:

01 - Want it extra thick and icy? Swap fresh fruit with frozen ones.
02 - Don’t skip the cream of coconut—it’s what brings the sweet, tropical punch flavor. If you’re using regular coconut milk, remember to sweeten it yourself.
03 - Preparing ahead? Blend everything but the ice and keep in the fridge. Stir or blend again with ice right before serving.
04 - Keep any leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days. Stir well before pouring next time.
