Quiche Stuffed Cheesy Bagels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bagel Shells

01 - 2 bagels, any variety
02 - Butter, for greasing

→ Quiche Filling

03 - 4 large eggs
04 - 120 ml heavy cream
05 - 60 g shredded cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend
06 - 60 g cooked bacon or sausage, crumbled (optional)
07 - 60 g cooked spinach or assorted vegetables, such as mushrooms, bell peppers, or onions
08 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

09 - 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 190°C and prepare a baking tray by greasing it lightly with butter.
02 - Using a paring knife or spoon, carefully cut out the center of each bagel, ensuring a stable border remains intact for structural support.
03 - Whisk eggs with heavy cream until smooth. Gently fold in shredded cheese, crumbled cooked bacon or sausage if using, cooked spinach or other vegetables, and seasonings.
04 - Evenly spoon the mixture into the hollowed bagels, filling to the rim but not overflowing.
05 - Arrange stuffed bagels on the prepared tray. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the egg filling is fully set and lightly golden on top.
06 - Allow bagels to cool slightly. Top with chopped parsley before serving. Slice in half if desired and serve warm.
