01 -
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
02 -
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook Italian sausage until browned and no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
03 -
Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the cooked sausage. Stir to combine and set aside.
04 -
Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
05 -
Arrange half of the ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
06 -
Top with half of the cooked sausage, half of the chopped spinach, and one-third of the remaining Alfredo sauce. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
07 -
Repeat layers with remaining ravioli, sausage, spinach, and another third of the Alfredo sauce.
08 -
Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese and the Parmesan cheese.
09 -
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
10 -
Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs and red pepper flakes if desired.
