Creamy Sausage Ravioli Bake (Print Version)

01 - 1 pound Italian sausage
02 - 2 packages (9 ounces each) refrigerated cheese ravioli
03 - 2 jars (15 ounces each) Alfredo sauce
04 - 2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
05 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook Italian sausage until browned and no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
03 - Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the cooked sausage. Stir to combine and set aside.
04 - Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
05 - Arrange half of the ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
06 - Top with half of the cooked sausage, half of the chopped spinach, and one-third of the remaining Alfredo sauce. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
07 - Repeat layers with remaining ravioli, sausage, spinach, and another third of the Alfredo sauce.
08 - Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese and the Parmesan cheese.
09 - Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
10 - Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs and red pepper flakes if desired.
