Easy Homemade Garlic Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1½ cups warm water (water temp 105° - 115°)
02 - 2 tbsp granulated sugar
03 - 1 tsp salt
04 - 1 tbsp yeast
05 - 3¾ cups all-purpose flour

→ Topping

06 - ⅓ cup melted butter
07 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
08 - 1 tsp garlic salt
09 - 1½ tsp Italian seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Add warm water, yeast, sugar, and salt to a large mixing bowl. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes or until bubbly.
02 - Using the dough hook attachment, slowly add the flour. Mix until the dough starts to form a loose ball.
03 - Cover the mixing bowl with a dish towel and let the dough proof for 30-45 minutes or until the dough has doubled.
04 - Preheat your oven to 350°F.
05 - Prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper for easy clean-up. Melt the butter and pour half onto the sheet pan's bottom.
06 - Place the dough in the center of the sheet pan. Starting in the middle of the dough, press the dough outward toward the edge of the pan. Keep pushing the dough toward the edges until the dough covers the bottom of the pan.
07 - Pour the rest of the melted butter over the dough's top, ensuring the whole surface is covered. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning evenly over the top.
08 - Let the breadsticks sit for 15-20 minutes or until the dough rises about a 1-inch.
09 - Using a pizza cutter, cut the breadsticks into rows. You can cut them however big or small you like.
10 - Bake the breadsticks for 18-20 minutes or until they are slightly golden around the edges.
11 - Remove the breadsticks from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
