# Ingredients:

→ For the Chicken

01 - 500 g (1 lb) chicken thighs or breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 2 tbsp cornstarch
03 - ½ tsp salt
04 - ¼ tsp black pepper
05 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil

→ For the Sauce

06 - ⅓ cup honey
07 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
08 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
09 - 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
10 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
11 - ½ tsp grated fresh ginger (optional)
12 - 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water

→ For Garnish

13 - Toasted sesame seeds
14 - Sliced green onions

# Instructions:

01 - Toss chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a bowl until evenly coated.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken pieces in a single layer for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
03 - Reduce heat to medium. In the same skillet, combine honey, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil (if using), garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer and add the cornstarch slurry. Stir until the sauce thickens (about 1-2 minutes).
04 - Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Let it heat through for 2-3 minutes.
05 - Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
