Triple layer strawberry treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Brownie Layer

01 - 1 box strawberry cake mix
02 - ½ cup salted butter, melted
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 2 tablespoons strawberry gelatin

→ Cream Cheese Frosting

05 - 8 oz. block cream cheese, softened
06 - ¼ cup salted butter, softened
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - ½ cup powdered sugar
09 - 1-2 tablespoons heavy cream

→ Strawberry Shortcake Crumble

10 - 20 Golden Oreos (about ½ standard package)
11 - 4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
12 - 4 tablespoons strawberry gelatin (the remaining amount)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 glass baking dish with parchment paper, spray with non-stick cooking spray, and set aside.
02 - Mix together ½ cup melted butter, eggs, strawberry cake mix, and 2 tablespoons strawberry gelatin in a medium mixing bowl until well combined (batter will be thick).
03 - Use a rubber spatula to spread batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool completely.
04 - Beat together cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until combined. Add powdered sugar and heavy cream and beat until smooth and fluffy.
05 - Spread cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled brownies.
06 - In the bowl of a food processor, pulse Golden Oreos until they are broken into pieces - be sure there are a number of larger chunks remaining.
07 - Sprinkle remaining strawberry gelatin over the cookie crumbs and drizzle with melted butter. Pulse in the food processor a few more times until combined.
08 - Sprinkle cookie crumbles over the strawberry brownies and press down lightly into the frosting. Cut into squares and serve.

# Notes:

01 - These brownies are best stored in the refrigerator due to the cream cheese frosting.
02 - For cleaner cuts, chill the brownies for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
03 - These will keep well for up to 4 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
