Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
02 - 1/2 cup rolled oats
03 - 2/3 cup unsweetened milk of choice
04 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flax meal
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - Pinch salt
07 - 0 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
08 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh strawberries
09 - 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
10 - Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, rolled oats, milk, chia seeds or ground flax meal, vanilla extract, salt, honey or maple syrup, cream cheese, lemon zest and juice until thoroughly mixed. Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
02 - Spoon the mixture into a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid.
03 - Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and flavors to develop.

01 - For a sweeter profile, adjust the amount of honey or maple syrup to personal taste.
