01 - 4-6 ounces pineapple juice (100% juice recommended)
02 - 2 cups (9 ounces) frozen strawberries
03 - ½ cup vanilla ice cream

# Instructions:

01 - Pour the pineapple juice, frozen strawberries, and vanilla ice cream into a blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add more pineapple juice if the mixture is too thick or more frozen strawberries if it's too thin, until you reach your desired consistency.
03 - Pour into glasses and serve immediately for a smoothie-like consistency.

# Notes:

01 - For a soft-serve style presentation, place the blended mixture in a large zip-top bag and freeze for 5 minutes. Then cut off 1/2 inch of the corner tip and pipe into cups. You can also use a large star frosting tip for a more decorative look.
02 - To make this recipe dairy-free, substitute the vanilla ice cream with coconut milk, vegan yogurt, or dairy-free ice cream.
03 - You can add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar if you prefer a sweeter dessert.
04 - For variety, try adding raspberries along with or instead of the strawberries.
05 - Store leftovers in a covered container in the freezer. Allow to soften at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving.
