Tasty Burger Rollups Snack (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat and Seasoning

01 - 450g ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning mix
03 - 120ml water
04 - 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

→ Dough and Cheese

05 - 1 tube (450g) refrigerated pizza dough
06 - 150g shredded cheddar or American cheese

→ Garlic Butter Topping

07 - 60g unsalted butter, melted
08 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
09 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water, stirring to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens. Set aside to cool slightly.
02 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to form a large rectangle (approximately 25x38 cm).
03 - Spread the seasoned beef evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheese over the beef. Tightly roll the dough from one long side into a log, pinching the edges to seal.
04 - Slice the log into 2.5 cm thick pieces and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush the tops of the rollups generously. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rollups are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
05 - Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

# Notes:

01 - Optional add-ins: Include pickles or diced onions for extra cheeseburger flavor.
02 - For a spicy kick, add chopped jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the beef mixture.
03 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
