01 -
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water, stirring to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens. Set aside to cool slightly.
02 -
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to form a large rectangle (approximately 25x38 cm).
03 -
Spread the seasoned beef evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheese over the beef. Tightly roll the dough from one long side into a log, pinching the edges to seal.
04 -
Slice the log into 2.5 cm thick pieces and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush the tops of the rollups generously. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rollups are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
05 -
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
