# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Arrange tater tots on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until uniformly golden and crisp, following package directions.
02 - While tater tots bake, prepare sausage gravy as directed in your recipe. For added heat, incorporate red pepper flakes and cayenne powder if desired.
03 - In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, scramble beaten eggs with salt and black pepper until set but remaining moist.
04 - For each serving, layer crisp tater tots in the bottom of a bowl. Top with a generous portion of scrambled eggs, followed by a hearty ladle of sausage gravy.
