Tater Tot Sausage Breakfast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lb hot breakfast sausage
02 - 1 (30-32oz) bag frozen tater tots
03 - 1 tsp salt
04 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
05 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1/4 tsp onion powder
07 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 8 large eggs
10 - 2 cups milk

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350ºF and lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain the fat.
03 - In a large bowl, toss together tater tots, cooked sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
04 - Whisk together eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and milk in a large mixing bowl.
05 - Pour the egg mixture evenly over the tater tot mixture in the baking dish.
06 - Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
07 - If preparing ahead, cover and refrigerate or freeze. Adjust baking time as needed when cooking from chilled or thawed.
